When ordering a Home Phone service orders placed after 5pm will be treated as if you had requested it the following working day.

  1. Transfer my number to IPSTAR Broadband
    • When transferring a number to IPSTAR Broadband we will endeavor to have this transaction completed within 3 Business days or as close to a date You request.
  2. Activating a new number on an existing line
    • When activating a new telephone number on an existing line that is installed at Your premises without having to send a technician out we will endeavor to complete this transaction within 3 business days or as close to a date that you request.
  3. Activating a new number that requires the installation of a phone line
    • When activating a new service that requires the installation of a phone line we will endeavor to complete the transaction within the below time frames depending on the classification of Your dwelling when your premises are readily accessible to the telephone network infrastructure that we can use and there is sufficient network capacity.
      • where your premises are in an urban area – within 7 working days after your request
      • where your premises are in a major or minor rural area – within 12 working days after your request
      • where your premises are in a remote area – within 17 working days after your request
      • A later date you request or agree to.
