The COVID-19 situation has led to an increased demand for nbn™ Sky Muster and nbn™ Sky Muster Plus services as more people choose to work and study from home. The increased demand coupled with restrictions placed on installation staff in accessing certain sites, including the need for installers to cross state borders (with some State borders, and other area restrictions still ongoing) as well as ongoing supply chain impacts, has placed pressure on connection appointment lead times.
We are still seeing some delays with new connections submitted to nbn due to COVID-19 which are currently taking 28 calendar days on average to complete. However, we are expecting this to return to a more normal time frame (19 calendar days) within 3-5 weeks.
Please note that due to an unprecedented number of orders with IPSTAR Broadband, processing times are taking longer than usual. We will endeavor to update you on the progress of your order as soon as possible.
