Sometimes you may need to get in contact with us to make changes to your account or request to purchase an additional service or upgrade.
When you contact us, or we contact you in the relation to any changes to your account as described above we’ll be taking extra steps to secure your account and confirm you’re you.
To do this first we will ask you to confirm two details from your account.
Once we have confirmed the above, we’ll send you a one-time unique code to the mobile number or email address we have registered on your account. Once you confirm the code we can then proceed with your request.

How do I update my details?
If any of your contact details are out of date, please contact our support team on 1300 464 778 who will assist you in securely updating your account records.
What do I do if I feel my account has been compromised?
If at any point you feel your account has been compromised, please contact us on 1300 464 778 and report this to your financial service
provider as well.
What do I do if I have no mobile reception or internet access to carry out authentication over the
phone?
In these situations where you do not have access to a mobile service and have no internet access, we will ask for an additional set of challenge questions unique to your account and history with us.
