Why have I received a data usage notification SMS?
To keep you informed, we will notify you by SMS, to let you know when you have hit 50%, 85% and 100% of your monthly data usage. In the event that high usage causes you to reach multiple thresholds (e.g. 50% and 85% or even 50%, 85% and 100%) within the same 48-hour period, the notification for the higher threshold may be the first notification you receive.
Please note: We try to be as timely as we can but this is an automated system. Treat it as an indicator that you have passed a particular percentage within the last 48 hours.
How can I track my data usage?
You can monitor your usage by logging in to your MYIPSTAR Customer portal (included a hyperlink to portal) using your IPSTAR Broadband username and password.
Can I purchase more data?
Depending on your plan you can purchase a data block via the customer portal.
I received an SMS notification incorrectly?
If you have received an SMS notification from IPSTAR Broadband and it is not related to your service, please let us know and we’ll update our records.
