Delays on Orders and COVID-19 Impacts

We want to acknowledge that there are currently delays on getting you connected due to the increased number of online orders. There are also delays from our couriers in getting routers to our customers to getting installers to your property. We are all doing our best to get you connected as quickly and safely as possible.

We know many people have tried to get in touch with us and we’re really sorry if you haven’t heard back from us yet! We’re experiencing high volumes of contact and our customer service team are doing their best to reply as soon as they can.
