From 1 July 2021, we’re closing our email service. This means your email address will stop working and you won’t be able to send or receive emails with it.
Since we launched our email service almost 10 years ago, email functionality has come a long way. We know our email service is no longer delivering the sort of experience that our customers need, which is why we are closing this service.
We’re really sorry for the inconvenience, but we genuinely believe this is the right decision to ensure you stay connected now and in the future.
You will be able to access your email from your online account up until July 1 2021. This will give you a little over a year to begin finding a new email solution and advising your contacts of your new email. After this date, all email services and associated email history will no longer be available. We recommend that you obtain an alternative email service as soon as possible. To assist you with the transition, we suggest you begin to forward your IPSTAR email service to your new service and check out our Email FAQs for any further questions you may have. We will continue to provide you the Internet connection you need and this will not be affected.
